This project involved the supply and installation of roofing, external cladding, glazing, Brise Soleil and louvres for this new print plant for newspapers in the Crosbie Group

This facility was constructed as a turnkey project involving SIAC Roofing and Cladding and SIAC Building Envelope. Both companies combined giving one point of contact and management for the project.

The project involved the following by SIAC:

• Tegral Shadowline 47 twin skin insulated external cladding in Bahama blue and Alaska Grey combined with curved sinusoidal fineline 19 cladding in metallic silver finish.
• Trocal PVC single-ply weathering membrane roofing on Kingspan TR 26 insulation on Tegral profiled metal decking.
• Reynaers curtain walling system.
• LBJ louvres.
