Description:
Site preparation and main civils work for the Combined Heat & Power Plant at
the Aughinish Alumina refinery plant at Askeaton, Co Limerick, Ireland.
The CHP development is located on the existing refinery site. SIAC
Construction Ltd were contracted to prepare the site and undertake the main
civils works.This work included;

Site finishes

Surfacing works. The principal quantities included 340 te of reinforcement and
4,900 m3 of concrete.
