• Excavation and disposal of 15,000m3 of contaminated/hazardous material, and replace with clean-fill material
• On site recycling and treatment of reusable material
• Supply and install 10,000 linear metres of pre-cast piles
• Supply and place approximately 2500m3 of reinforced concrete in tank bases, bund walls and pump room
• Supply, fabrication and erection of nine steel storage tanks
• Installation of two pipelines
• Construction of office building, boiler room and blending room building, a compressor room and workshop building
• Construction of an ESB substation and switchroom building
• Construction of a loading gantry building and weighbridge
• Construction of site roads and fencing and installation of all drainage and services
