Description:
This project involved the supply and installation of steel, roofing, external
cladding, glazing, doors and louvres for this modern biopharmaceutical plant
in Waterford City.
This facility was constructed as a turnkey project involving SIAC Butlers
Steel, SIAC Roofing and Cladding and SIAC Building Envelope. All three
companies combined from design through to completion through one point of
contact and management.
The project involved the following by SIAC:

Main structural steel and all secondary steel as supports for cladding glazing
and roofing

Tegral Shadowline 47 twin skin insulated external cladding combined with
Europanel mineral fibre core composite panel cladding all in silver finish PVF2

Trocal PVC single ply weathering membrane roofing on Foamglass insulation on
Tegral profiled metal decking
