Description:

This development of apartments on the banks of the river Lee in Cork City was completed by SIAC in conjunction with Bowen Construction during 2004.

The roofs were executed in Trocal type 'S' PVC single ply membrane to flat areas and a curved standing seam aluminium KalZip roof fronting onto the river. This roof is complete with Velux roof windows in site welded aluminium upstands. Work to KalZip roofs was undertaken by specially trained operatives' abseiling up and down the curve.

The building also incorporates architectural features consisting of curved cladding to high level corners and painted aluminium bullnosed fascias and sloped soffites.
