This project involved the supply and installation of the roofing and external cladding elements for the entire shopping centre and cinema. The centre houses tenants such as Debenhams, Tesco, Sasha, Next, A Wear, Monsoon, Easons, etc.

The project involved the following products by SIAC:

• 'Paralon' modified bitumen membrane built-up roof system. Installed to meet the requirements of Factory Mutual System above Debenhams department store
• 'Trocal' single ply PVC membrane roof system to flat roofs and plant areas
• 'Kingspan' composite panel cladding system to external walls
• 'Tegral' Shadowline 47 twin skin insulated cladding system to external walls
• 'Kingspan' composite panel roof system above cinema
• Copper rainscreen
