Headquarters Building, Monastery Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22
Monastery Road is the corporate headquarters for SIAC Construction Ltd. In addition the site includes a 3,300m² office development which is let on long leases to a range of tenants, the largest of which is the Office of Public Works (OPW).
OHM Group, Baldonnell, Dublin 22 (more details)
This is the headquarters of the motor group OHM. The development consists of three buildings on a site with unrivalled Naas Road frontage. The development of 7,300m² includes showrooms, offices, work shops and warehousing for Saab, Seat, DAF and Hyster. The scheme is jointly owned by OHM and SIAC and is let on a long lease.
MJ Flood Headquarters, Baldonnell, Dublin 22
This development of 3,700m² is the group headquarters of MJ Flood Ltd. The scheme consists of offices, showrooms and warehouse. The prominent position on the Naas Road was a key factor for MJ Flood in selecting the site.

Corrig Road, Sandyford
Commercial Development secured planning permission for a mixed use scheme consisting of 90 apartments over 970m² of commercial space. The building is nine storeys high and includes 122 car parking spaces. The site was subsequently sold with the benefit of the planning permission.

M1 Toll Plaza, Drogheda
This scheme involved the construction of the 800m2 administration building, service tunnel, canopy, toll booths and associated civil engineering works.

The Enterprise Park, Baldonnell, Dublin 22
A development of 15 high specification office/warehouse units in Baldonnell Business Park. The total floor area is 12,400m² , 50% of which is offices.

Distribution Warehouse, Baldonnell, Dublin 22
A high-bay distribution warehouse for a company specialising in consumer electrical products. The development has a floor area of 5,400m² and includes offices, showrooms, repair facilities and warehousing.

Transport Company Headquarters, Baldonnell, Dublin 22
A development of 2,300m² for a transport and distribution company. The facility benefits from the excellent links to the N7, M50 and the national road network.
