Description:

SIAC installed roofs, cladding and glazing on Phase 1 of the Blackpool Retail Park in Cork, Ireland. The development consists of retail units, a multiplex cinema and a multi-storey car park.

This development was part of a major rejuvenation of the Blackpool area of Cork city and was built during 2004.

The cladding chosen was Kingspan composite panels in contrasting colours with Trespa Rainscreen detail work to selected elevations which was installed by SIAC Roofing and Cladding. Roofs are flat and were installed using a modified bitumen system by Erisco Bauder. All glazing was installed by SIAC Glazing and is a Reynaers system.
