Description

This project involved the addition of a new Production Building and Warehouse Extension on to previous works carried out by SIAC. The Production Building is connected to the existing operational facility via a pipe bridge.

The site is adjacent to a fully operational pharmaceutical plant. The scope of work is best described as the construction of a new 3 story 2,300m² Production Building comprising of a Sintofoil build up roofing system and a combination of Kingspan Wall cladding systems. These included KS1000 KS900 MR Panels, KS1000 KS900 AB/MR panels and KS900 LV panels. We installed all personnel doors and roller doors.

SIAC installed 850m² of the Wicona Glazing System. Some decorative Alucobond cladding was also installed around the glazed screens and to the canopies. SIAC R&C completed its programme in March 2018.
