Our commitment to developing the careers of our graduates is recognised by the accreditation of our training system by Engineers Ireland. We also have career development systems in place for non-engineering staff such as quantity surveyors, accountants, safety professionals, etc.

We operate a tiered training system that provides a combination of in-house and external training that is focussed on the requirements of staff at all stages of their career development.

Less experienced staff are assigned a Mentor who provides guidance, advice and general support in relation to career development. The mentoring process is monitored by the Training Manager.
