Law

To the extent that any part of these Terms, Conditions and Disclaimers are found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction then such part shall be severed from the remaining Terms, Conditions and Disclaimers which shall remain in full force and effect as permitted by law.
