Description
The Elan project was constructed as a “Total Envelope Solution” project for the Elan corporation in 2004.
Main steel and secondary steel were fabricated and erected by SIAC Butlers Steel and they also installed floor and roof decks.
SIAC Roofing and Cladding in conjunction with SIAC Glazing installed all external envelope components which consisted of: Trocal single ply pvc membranes on Kingspan insulation to roofs.
Kingspan KS 1000 architectural cladding in silver and blue PVDF silicone polyester finish to external walls. Reynaers curtain walling and windows. Acoustic louvre system. Roller doors and dock levellers.
