Description

The Genzyme project was a true “Total Envelope Solution” project constructed by SIAC for the Genzyme corporation in 2002/2003.

The main and secondary steel were fabricated and erected by SIAC Butlers Steel they also installed floor and roof decks.

SIAC Roofing and Cladding in conjunction with SIAC Glazing installed all external envelope components which consisted of: Trocal single ply pvc membranes on Foamglass insulation to roofs.

Tegral Shadowline 47 and Europanel cladding in silver PVDF silicone polyester finish to external walls. Internal fire rated cladding.

Reynaers curtain walling and windows. Acoustic louvre system. Insulated folding steel doors, roller doors and dock levellers.
