Description
Grifols Phase 2 comprises of 18500m² biopharmaceutical facility extension to an existing logistics building.
SIAC Roofing & Cladding Ltd provided the installation of cladding, roofing, performance louvres & Aerofoil Brise Soleil Blades to external staircases. Three types of wall cladding feature on this project. SIAC contract work is now completed.
The total Roofing area is around 7300m² - Kingspan Topdek , Wall Façade is around 7000m² of cladding, 120m² performance louvres. 720m² Aerofoil Brise Soleil
