Description

GSK Vaccines in Wavre, Belgium is one of the most advance facility in the world that conduct its conducts research, development, production and sales activities.  This new bulk vaccine manufacturing facility is an additional building within GSK Biologicals’.

SIAC Roofing & Cladding installed the complete external envelop of the building that includes all Roofing, Cladding and Glazing elements throughout the building including perimeter external doors.

The system used for cladding is a combination of Paroc insulated panels for inner pane and Alucobond Rain Screen system for the external finish wall.

The roof built up is a combination of Protan PVC membrane, Protec Liquid membrane and Imper Italia Felt membrane.

The Glazing system was made of Schuco thermally broken structural glazed curtain walling system that includes all fixings and interfaces required.

The Glass built up consist of 6 mm Outer pane stopray silver, 16mm air space (Argon Filled) and Inner pane to be 6mm toughened and heat soaked safety glass.
