Description

This development comprised of a main facility block and associated ancillary buildings. The main facility block consists of three buildings together to form the main facility for the site. The new facility includes a new Warehouse, Laboratory, Administration, Canteen and Manufacturing Building.

There is just over 11,000m² of Kingspan cladding on this project made up of:-
   KS1000 MR Panel – KS1000 LV Panel – KS1000 Evolution Recessed Panel
   There is 1,800m² of Eurobond S5 Satin Line 3hr Fire Rated Cladding required.
   There is just over 11,000m² of Kingspan Topdek roofing panel required.

SIAC R&C at this stage has completed 40% of its programme and are in line to handover the completed weather new facilities on time in August 2018.
