This development comprised of a Main Facility Block and associated Offices & Showrooms to the front.

There is just over:

     - 6,500m² of Kingspan KS1000 RW roof panels
     - 728m² of Kingspan Day-Lite Trapezoidal Polycarbonate Rooflight System
     - 3,000m² of Kingspan RW Wall Cladding

SIAC R&C completed this project in March 2018 and handed it over to the main contractor.
